  Worst customer service ever! Sat in line for a deposit for 12 minutes this morning. In addition, was asked for my drivers license for a cash deposit?!? This was my 3rd deposit this morning all at different banks. It took, by far, the longest - there were no waits at the other banks. When I mentioned the long wait, I was just told yes I understand. They had one line open. That’s it. You would think being the second largest bank in the country would enable them to provide better service. Apparently not. I think I may be looking for another bank.....
