  Unless its a complete emergency.DONT DO TO THIS BRANCH.This branch is less than 3miles from my house. When i absolutely have to go into this branch i go. Ive literally NEVER had a good experience at this branch. i dont even do anything hard. just withdrawals to high for atms. They are always rude... i just left and i came to withdraw money. The teller rolled her eyes and never asked me if i want my balance or if their was anything else i needed. i get not liking your job. but dont take it out on the customers. im definitely going to look inot changing my direct deposits to my other bank.

  Worse Chase branch every! Waited 1 hour for a notary and was never informed that one was not available. I stepped outside to hand my kids to my mother and was told I missed my turn and would have to wait all over again. Typical service for big bank that cares nothing about there customers.

  Horrible customer service. I literally had to wait 30 min ir more to get my paper notirized. Staff didn't really care that I was late and had to go back to work when I said my request was going to be fast and easy to do. I just thought my bank would work with me a little more. Where I bank in Marietta the staff is well trained and prepared, unlike this one here. Deff never coming back to this agency.
